haven't narrowed down yet if it is a dependency

<dato> it is marked as a conffile in sarge's version, and sid's
(probably etch's too) does not ship it anymore.
<dato> I thought dpkg was smart enough to detect this and remove it?

<dato> I see a commmit that on preinst/upgrade removes some file
in /etc, it'd be a matter of removing this one too

version of the script
