hmm... I somehow see a difference in kwin-decor and kwin-style.
kwin-style adds something to choose in kcontrol > appearance and themes>
style
kwin-decor adds something to kcontrol > appearance and themes > window
decorations.

I have not seen what this suse thing does.

(And by the way - I have packaged some stuff for debian unstable, i386
on http://mirror.pusling.com/ )
