Qt4 was deleted in the current Debian stable, so the version that was at this stage in testing ( the -20) got deleted and never ended in a stable release. You can find all old versions on https://snapshots.debian.org, just search for the binary pacakge: libqtcore4 > So either the dependency is wrong or some package is missing or I didn't get > some relevant point.
