Now to the problem: if I try to change the background of the SDDM theme via systemsettings (kde-config-sddm), the theme.conf.user file gets updated, but the General.background is only populated with the filename of the selected image. eg: background=5120x2880.jpg instead of background=/usr/share/wallpapers/SafeLanding/contents/images/5120x2880.jpg.
