Hi,
just because you do it every day doesn't mean it is the right thing to
do. What you do is actually asking for trouble.
The reason why we put kdecoration in experimental and not the rest of
Plasma, is because the package needed to go through the NEW queue.
Once Plasma 5.23 is released, we will likely upload it to unstable as
everything needed has passed NEW and this will resolve your issue.
