This is expected. It is due to the gcc 4.0 transition currently taking place in unstable. If you want to install juk in unstable, you will need to get libtunepimp-bin and any other packages it complains about from testing. This may not be possible because some other package you have may depend on the transitioned libtunepimp-bin.
