I'm currently packing the Krystal-KDM-theme and so I've seen, that the KDM-themes are not enabled by default. This is very sad, since KDM comes with a very nice theme. You can take a look: /usr/share/apps/kdm/themes/circles/screenshot.png *All* you have to do is to add the Line "UseTheme=True" in your kdmrc in the [X-*-Greeter] stanza.
