(I've been testing sid and never touched my configs > other than this commenting out). you need to learn how profiles work in konqueror, check the konqueror handbook for more information. for now, you can delete the ViewT0_URL line, manually set it to some other directory, or do: open 'Home', change directory, do settings -> 'save view profile "filemanagement"'.
