KMail handles incomming HTML Mail very well. But it's would be very nice
if we could write mail using HTML, like in Netcape/Mozilla mail. Is such
a feature planed ?

Yup, KMail can write HTML in the latest version. It is eeeevil, but it 
can be done... ;-)
