there are lots of very cool kde apps, but I don't like (actually I don't understand) the MIME-type interface. When I used rox for the first time, I understood the MIME-type interface directly (The only difficult thing was that I just have to download the Mime-type editor to add my personal mime-types). It would be cool to open all files and downloads with one other program (like rox). The Opera Browser has an such an option for that and that is very useful to integrate your browser into your preferred environment.
