Hi, thanks for the interesting link. Unfortunately, I could not verify if setting KDE_NO_IPV6 helps because the problem has disappeared early this week. I don't know if this is related to some upgraded packages in Sid or if www.golem.de now uses a different advertising (it always seemed to me that the delay was caused by some advertising that could not be resolved).
Since I can not reproduce the behaviour anymore I'm going to close the bug.
