The needed patch seems rather trivial. Is an upload of kdeutils to t-p-u planned or would some help in the form of a NMU welcome? If someone is going to upload a fixed version to t-p-u, one should not forget to include the similar fix for #252132 (missing dependency of kgpg on gnupg), too.
