Hi, same problem here, though I could not fix it by using X11s Xsession file. After system startup, when KDM and X start, my keyboard gets disabled. I can't toggle NUM Lock or anything. After a quick "Restart X", everything works fine.
FWIW my KDm config is available at: http://members.inode.at/daniel.tiefnig/kdm/ or packed: http://members.inode.at/daniel.tiefnig/kdm.tar.gz I'm not that sure its really a KDM problem, might be a X11 problem as well. Keyboard is connected via PS2, mouse is using USB btw. HTH, daniel xserver 4.3.0.dfsg.1-6 kdm 3.3.0-1 kdebase 3.3.0-1 Linux 2.6.0-test11
