Package: arts Version: 1.2.3-1 Severity: important When using mpg321 or ogg123 (or any program that uses libao2) on either of my powerpc/sid machines, I get a hissing from the speakers. This only happens when I use artsd, and not when I use the alsa output plugin. If you want to reassign to libao2, that's fine with me. If you need an strace (or ltrace, if it's supported on powerpc) just let me know.
