Package: ksvg

After install ksvg, SVG files do not display in konqueror. For
example, if I go to:
http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/20030813/svggen/animate-elem-03-t.svg
It just shows the text:
"Test inheritance of animated properties. Sample 123 Sample 123
Sample 123 $Revision: 1.8 $"
Looking in the plugins section of Konqueror settings, there is no
mention of svg. Should it appear there? Or is it some kpart, and
I have to configure that? I have no idea.
There is no documentation in the ksvg packages about how to actually
connect it to konqueror.
Ideally it would "just work" automatically when the package is
installed. Otherwise, it at least needs documentation.
