I vote for *not* uploading kdelibs and kdeartwork, etc. The alpha buildd (lully) is down, and therfore we'd either need to build them manually or to wait until lully is fixed _and_ catches up again. I've just asked debian-admin to install qt3's build-dependencies on escher to build it there manually.
