FWIW, I though the expected behaviour was to use reply-to for "reply to sender" and mail-followup-to for "reply to all". Does it use mail-followup-to for both "reply to sender" and "reply to all"? Or just for "reply to all" (which AIUI is correct behaviour)? b.
