A similar thing happens for example on the last page of ftp://ctan.tug.org/tex-archive/fonts/utilities/fontinst/doc/talks/et99-font-tutorial.pdf where the rectangles surrounding the hyperlinks are displayed pitch black and way too large. Greetings Marc
