Since this version of kdelibs-bin, no update file in /etc/menu-methods is 
shipped 
anymore; and so the menus arent updated. Could you please fix that ?

Now that menu-xdg is in Testing (though your mirror may not yet have it),=20
and since the latest kdelibs-bin Recommends menu-xdg, I'm closing this=20
