Hi,
this is a known issue (see http://bugs.debian.org/237990). You can
make it work installing in your system the package "libidn11-dev".
(It will be fixed upstream in KDE 3.3 and perhaps in Debian's
3.2.2).
You may consider closing this bug since it's already reported and
being worked on.
