When I run konqueror on screen :0.1, it's even worse than the dialogue simply popping up beneath the window. It pops up on :0.0 ... an entirely different screen. I used to think this was a problem with enlightenment (which has terrible multi-screen support), but I've switched to xfce, and the problem persists.
