Package: kdm
Version: 4:3.1.4-1
Severity: normal

Hi,

I just tried to upgrade my system today and noticed that upgrading kdm
failed. I then manually set DEBCONF_DEBUG and ran apt-get install kdm.
This produced the following transcript:

[salem:~]-2> export DEBCONF_DEBUG=developer
[salem:~]-3> np-apt-get install kdm

kdm is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 2 not upgraded.
1 not fully installed or removed.
Need to get 0B of archives.
After unpacking 0B of additional disk space will be used.

So as you can see, the postinst fails and apt-get/dpkg won't upgrade
kdm. Please take a look at this issue.
