No, its because I haven't uploaded it yet. I uploaded all the ogg vorbis related packages and saw that there were problems with the servers still. This was resolved yesterday, it was a faulty spam filter. I have also been kind of busy over the past week or so with the holidays. However, I will be uploading kdebase asap. Chris
