Severity: normal

The shared library /usr/lib/libkscreensaver.so.4.1.0 has undefined
symbols, presumably because it wasn't linked against all the libraries
it depends on (?).

This can be determined by running:
$ LD_TRACE_LOADED_OBJECTS=1 LD_BIND_NOW=1 LD_TRACE_PRELINKING=t
/lib/ld-linux.so.2 \
  /usr/lib/libkscreensaver.so.4.1.0 | grep ^undefined

undefined symbol: kss_create    (/usr/lib/libkscreensaver.so.4.1.0)

Hi,

The problem you reported does not seem like a bug to me. It's
perfectly valid for libkscreensaver to link to symbols in the
screensaver using it. I'm therefore closing this bug. If there's a
real problem you would like to report, please reopen this bug, or
open a new one.

cheers
domi
