FWIW, all of my KDE packages that I've checked (kdesdk, kdeaddons, kdeedu) have built fine on arm with the normal libtool stuff that's shipped in kde-common/admin (KDE_3_1_BRANCH). Perhaps this arm problem is just specific to kdelibs? At any rate, I'd try just using the normal admin/ stuff with kdegraphics and see where it gets you. b. :)
