Seeing as we have this shiny new mailing list to use, I might just add a note that what's holding up kdeedu 3.1.3 is kstars - there's a significant amount of backporting and subsequent testing I need to do from HEAD where Jason has just changed the star catalogue amongst other things to resolve licensing issues (#198499).
