The space for EPS figures in the DVI file just remains blank. On the command line kdiv gives the following error message for each figure it tries to display: "kdvi (kdegraphics): ERROR: GS did not produce output." Ghostscript v7.07.1, however, is installed. Xdvi manages to display the file including the figures with no problem.
