Package: kopete Version: 4:3.3.2-1 Severity: normal ICQ releases a new version of their client last week. A chat with partners using this new version (under Windows) causes Kopete to crash. Sorry, no backtrace available...
It seems that ICQ uses a new version of their protocol that Kopete does not understand yet. The messages are readable with ethereal, so no encryption is used by the new client. It would be glad to see Kopete supporting the new ICQ. TIA!
