After upgrading to KDE 3.3 packages, we are suffering mass konqueror
crashes on tab closes.
It crashes almost certanly if a tab is closed with Ctrl+W while keyboard
is in russian mode.
This makes browser hardly usable (sooner or later one forgets that he
should switch keyboard back to english before using usual key
combination).
Today we spent several hours with gdb and found what is causing the crashes.

Please, if at all possible, apply at least the workaround described in
that message to libkdecore/kaccell.cpp before accepting KDE 3.3 packages
into sarge.
Without it, russian KDE users will have sarge with hardly usable
konqueror.
