Hi, My name is Gustav Gonzalez and I am the developer of the TupiTube project (before known as Tupi). The Debian package of Tupi was abandoned a long time ago, and now as its developer, I want to maintain the official version of the package for Debian, using its actual brand "TupiTube".
The official repository of the TupiTube project is: https://github.com/utopianlabco/tupitube.desk Using the devel branch you will be able to build two .deb packages: tupitube and tupitube-data. I already tested them and they are "lintian" compliant. As far as I understand, the "tupi" package will be removed from all the repositories because it's obsolete (https://packages.debian.org/sid/m68k/tupi), so I would like to renew the application package using the latest code of the project. I wanted to create a new ticket on the https://wnpp.debian.net/ platform, but I couldn't find any option related. I really appreciate any help to start the adoption procedure for my project in the context of the Debian community. Thank you. -- Gustav Gonzalez Chief Executive Officer [email protected] +57 316 326 4783 Maefloresta Co. http://www.maefloresta.com --- Follow us on: twitter.com/tupitube facebook.com/tupitube instagram.com/tupitube youtube.com/tupitube ---------------------------------------- From: "Debian Bug Tracking System" <[email protected]> Sent: 8/17/25 1:47 PM To: Sebastian Ramacher <[email protected]> Cc: [email protected] Subject: Processed: tagging 1048732 Processing commands for [email protected]: > # post-release bug mangling for bugs tagged sid. if this bug only affects > sid, please remove the forky tag again > tags 1048732 + forky Bug #1048732 [src:tupi] tupi: Fails to build source after successful build Added tag(s) forky. > thanks Stopping processing here.
