This is a matter of the Debian Ports FTP admins enabling "contrib" and "non-free" for Debian Ports. It's not related to the packages at all. "contrib" and "non-free" are not officially considered to be part of Debian which is why historically Debian Ports has only been building the "main" section. I can only keep pinging the FTP admin to finally enable "contrib" and "non-free". Adrian -- .''`.
