Hola Everyone, this is my 11th Week report for GSOC .

Work Done:-

   - Started Working on the FTBFS issues (
   https://salsa.debian.org/android-tools-team/admin/-/issues/26) .

   - The first package I fixed is android-framework-23 (
   https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=967119), this package
has an issue with python3 as python2 is marked for removal and therefore
its dependency which was dependent on python2 was failing.
Talked with mentors regarding this failure and the proposed way of
solving came was that we don't need to do things manually in this as soon
as python2 is removed, python will be started as python3 itself and
therefore its not even an issue to be fixed, Chirayu Desai , one of my
mentors told me to move on another package as he will send the mail
regarding this on the bugs mailing list stated.

   - While working on the packages listed, some of the packages i already
started working on the updation of these packages like
   , android-platform-system-core (
   https://salsa.debian.org/Manas-kashyap-guest/android-platform-system-core)
   , android-platform-art (
   https://salsa.debian.org/Manas-kashyap-guest/android-platform-art)
therefore it was coming as a new issue while fixing these bugs and updating
them as this new version depends on kotlin or Gradle eventually therefore
after talking with mentors i decided to fix the current versions FTBFS
rather then updating them, so i took android-platform-system-tools-aidl (
   https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=966912) and started
   working on this package.

This week was a little hectic for me as it's my last year of undergraduate,
and so to get my degree, I had to fill my forms as well as other work to be
done.

That's all for this week!

Manas Kashyap
