on CDBS git repository and will be gone from next upload.

Why can't people just keep stuff there even if (admittedly totally obsolete) 
software still is using it?

(Even more important at libformula...)

hsqldb1.8.0 is one of the 3 remaining users.

I can propose an NMU if it helps.
