Hi Rene, Debdiff shows unexpected changes. For brevity reasons, let's look only at the diffstat output:
$ diffstat -p1 bpo_changes.diff debian/0001-24.8.0-rc4.patch | 200 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- debian/changelog | 6 +++ debian/control | 2 - 3 files changed, 7 insertions(+), 201 deletions(-) Apparently the file debian/0001-24.8.0-rc4.patch disappeared from the source package, but that change isn't mentioned or explained in the debian/changelog file. I don't want to guess why that is, so please either avoid cleaning up unrelated things or explain such changes in debian/changelog in the future.
