Just tried it in a clean sid and in a clean trixie VM. Enabled that option, started calc. Works. Both with and without -kf6. Even after setting it to 10.000 (though I might do something wrong, since that dosn't affect anything, I can type normally without needing to press keys that long...) Regards, Rene
