on the latest fresh release (5.1.4) I'm not able to read or adding comment.
Steps to reproduce :
1) Open LibreOffice
2) Launch Orca or another assistive technology
3) Add comment
Expected result : Make the comment widget accessible and add keyboard shortcuts
for accessing comments
Result : Unable to add/read comment
