We want to remove libtool-bin from Debian, because it is fundamentally incompatible with cross compilation. Also using it usually indicates that libtool is used in unintended ways. That's also the case for liblangtag where two different libtools are mixed together. I'm proposing the attached patch to remove liblangtag's dependency on libtool-bin. Helmut
