Well, that is "KF5 upload needs to be built":
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=kbookmarks which waits for
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=kxmlgui
This happens intermettitently on every KF5 upload and should go away if
built. If in doubt you can just disable KDE though, too :)
