Hi,
When I recreate the yesterday I remember that first when I opened a
document I saw a graphical interface without any icons and menus. I
opened calc and I was able to make some calculations but no menus and no
icons appear (bars existed and I can see menus of these bars). After
some runs, LibreOffice doesn't opened just show start banner and
progress bar is going to end. At the console, I get a message about LLVM.
I think that some files are corrupted. Files responsible for
displaying GUI. I don't know why it's reproducible after reinstalling
LibreOffice (with purge option and installation packages from official
site too and purge it more time) and a gnome with downgrading to
testing. Maybe a Glibc library is to new for it. Or other libraries or
settings responsible to display GUI.
When You can tell me what I can check more, I will be grateful. I'm a
Debian user for nearly 18 years, I never had such problems. On Sid, I
work for several years too.
When You ask for alien packages. Yes, I have some of it eg. Rstudio, the
gdmsetup package I wanted to use to personalize my GDM but it fails and
I uninstall it. Before yesterday's crash, everything was worked fine.
This version of Debian is a half year old on my laptop dell precision
7530. I'm afraid after yesterday's partial reinstallation of the system
the solution is a full reinstalling the system. So I need to find 1TB to
save my home folder.
Regards and thank You for help

Thq question still is what involves some CommandLine thingy of LLVM
here.

Commandline: apt install ./gdm3setup-utils-20140306-1.deb

Are you installing random package from somewhere?
LLVM ERROR: inconsistency in registered CommandLine options
LO does not use LLVM. So what are you using which is and throws this
error?
There is just xterm, but console doesn't matter
Only libreoffice crashes and I don't know why all rest apps works fine
I was more aiming at some tool using libreoffice, extension, .... Or
some library from Debian replaced why whatever you installed from
somewhere....
Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_OOT_MODULE,
TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE
what that means
Oh my..
... or some proprietary X driver or some else proprietary stuff.
