I tried to enable it and it went a long time under the radar. Now that it gets used at runtime when the desktop is GNOME3 the issues appeared... LO 5.1 will have gtk3 enabled per default upstream; let alone because that is needed for LOKDocView and its introspection stuff which gnome-documents is maybe) supposed to use if Pranavs patch is accepted :) So it's tested then. So far noone who doesn't explicitely enable it gets gtk3 in 5.0.x. It's not as we disable something which is enabled upstream...
