Downgrades are not supported so -5.1 is not a case for 5.0.
If there's a compatibiliyty issue we'd need a Breaks in 5.1 to -l10n-5.0
as we had and will have now again.

Yeah, but upgrade from stable will be done with dist-upgrades. Anything else
is a bug.

Will add Conflicts to (well, instead of the old, obsolete ones, most probably)
