I tried libreoffice 3.5.4.2 with libfreetype 2.4.8-1 and 2.4.9-1.1 (restarting X after each installation - is there anything else I need to be doing?) - the problem remains. I tried installing libfreetype 2.4.2-2.1, but it wouldn't install: libfreetype6:i386 2.4.2-2.1 (Multi-Arch: no) is not co-installable with libfreetype6 which has multiple installed instances 2.4.2-2.1 I assume this has something to do with the earlier versions not being multi-arch compatible, or something like that. Is there any particular version of freetype I should try? According to /var/log/aptitude, the only recent changes to freetype were: [UPGRADE] libfreetype6:amd64 2.4.9-1.1 -> 2.4.9-1.1+deb7u1 [UPGRADE] libfreetype6:i386 2.4.9-1.1 -> 2.4.9-1.1+deb7u1 > Regards, > > Rene Thanks, Celejar -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-openoffice-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
