ure IS critical. Without ure no LO. The point is that LO checks there (inherited by OOo) because of "you can have it installed somewhere" and the "LO installed into /opt" thing. You don't want to not-fail if /usr/lib/ure is (which is a Debian-ism!) broken for example. Just that we don't have something ure'ish in /etc/opt/ure.
