Whenever the release team allows it, as it involves a transition with quite a few big packages (see #635515). In contrast to icu etc it doesn't even show up in the transition tracker yet. I asked them for permission to upload after iceweasel 5.x was in, and I got a "no". RT, any timeframe when I can start the hunspell transition?
