Doesn't exist. Do you mean Insert -> Fields -> Page Number?

Works for me on sid.
Maybe you have a "broken" user profile? Otherwise, no idea.

And handling bugs for bpo versions in this BTS is impossible.
Closing this bug as it#s not a bug in Debian (but just in backports)
