That apt-listchanges didn't tell you anything is expected. Note it would not be shown again in e.g. dpkg-reconfigure as it checks the version, and is not callable by dpkg-reconfigure anyway. If you experience problems with the component manager or segmentation faults involving libstore in either unopkg or OpenOffice.org, please check these files.
