I seems to have boilded down to 2 or 3 things: a) it was disabled on amd64 because it crashed there and not on 32bit b) it seems a mesa update at that time broke it, so it was disabled. c) it was an extension, and that extension got broken with hughe internal restructuring in the official OOo3 code When I do a -ogltrans build with 3.0.1 on sid now I see that it works right now, though as -2.4.1s -ogltrans was already removed from sid this is regarded as a NEW package and I don't want to go through NEW with manual approval taking long at times with the important bugfixes 3.0.1/changes for transitions will receive. I'll reenable -ogltrans in the first 3.1 upload unless something serious still happens here. What worries me a bit is the generated dependencies: Depends: libc6 (>= 2.2.5), libgcc1 (>= 1:4.1.1), libgl1-mesa-glx | libgl1, libglu1-mesa | libglu1, libstdc++6 (>= 4.1.1), libx11-6, ure (>= 1.4.1), [...] no version specifiers for the GL/GLU libs... Thanks for reminding me :) Grüße/Regards, René -- .''`.
