Just reading your mail (I do receive Debian mailing list), I see you proposed a man page for soffice. Thanks for your proposal, this is a good idea :-)

Accordingly to OpenOffice.org source code, I think the attached file may help you (it does contain all the existing options you can use with the command line, when launching OpenOffice.org . The exact location of this file in OpenOffice.org source code, is desktop/source/app (from DEV300_m23, but has not been modified since IMHO)
