I've been doing some regression testing and the problem appeared in hunspell 1.2.4. The previous release of hunspell used in Lenny (1.2.2) does not have the same problem.
diffing the two versions of affentry.cxx shows changes in precisely the area where the bug lies, but I can't find any release notes which detail what the code changes were trying to achieve - the NEWS file just says "Bug fixes". -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
