So this is the bug which was fixed in 2.4.0-6 (already before you filed
your bug). Whose changelog says:
openoffice.org (1:2.4.0-6) unstable; urgency=low
[...]
- also install pythonscript.py into $(SITE_PACKAGES
[...]
